**Project based position**:

- Responsible for producing an engineering manual.
- Engineering manual includes recreating electrical and mechanical drawings including specifications for various electrical and mechanical components.

**Qualifications**
- Education
- 2 year Associate’s Degree in Engineering related field, or one year of switchgear wiring drawing drafting work experience preferred.
- Experience
- LV & MV switchgear (5kV to 38kV) wiring design experience a plus.
- Technical writing experience.
- Knowledge of best drafting practices
- Specialized knowledge
- National Electrical Code (NEC), Utility Electric Service Requirements (ESR), ANSI C37, UL a plus.
- Skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and AutoCAD skills.
- Complete project accurately and with attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills.
- Abilities
- Able to clearly communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Read and write in standard English.
- Review work for accuracy.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
- Professional Certification(s)

Associate in Computer-Aided Drafting a plus, but not required.
