  • Monitoring Activities: Document daily construction activities, equipment usage, and workforce allocation to ensure project adherence.
  • Material Verification: Confirm that all materials and equipment meet the specifications outlined in approved shop drawings.
  • Contractor Oversight: Supervise contractor startup procedures and testing activities to ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess work performance and document any deviations from established timelines.
  • Payment Assessment: Review contractor payment requests and evaluate their validity based on completed work.
  • Record Maintenance: Update record documents and assist in the preparation of 'as-built' drawings to reflect project changes.

Candidate Qualifications:
