**_Procurement Systems and Operations Manager_**:
**_Essential Functions:_**:
**System Implementation**
- **_Lead_** **the planning, execution, and evaluation of system implementation projects within the **_supply chain and procurement_** domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to **_identify_** **business requirements and **_translate_**_ _them into **_system specifications_**.
- Ensure seamless **_integration of new systems_**_ _with existing processes and technologies.

**Process Improvement**
- **_Evaluate_**_ _current supply chain and procurement processes.
- **_Identify_** **areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall effectiveness.
- **_Develop_**_ _and **_implement_**_ _process enhancement initiatives to optimize workflows and streamline operations.
- **_Utilize_**_ _data-driven insights to **_recommend_**_ _and **_implement_**_ _improvements that align with organizational goals.

**Information System Management**
- **_Oversee_**_ _the maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of information systems related to supply chain and procurement activities.
- **_Ensure_**_ _data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- **_Provide_**_ _training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of information systems.

**Continuous Monitoring and Reporting**
- **_Establish_**_ _key performance indicators (**_KPIs_**) to measure the success of system implementations and process improvements.
- Monitor and **_analyze_**_ _data to generate regular reports, offering insights into the performance of supply chain and procurement systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in system implementation and process improvement within supply chain and procurement.
- Strong understanding of information system management principles and practices.
- SQL and report writing skills will be considered a plus
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. Embrace a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
