**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Grow our Lawn Maintenance business through direct sales to customers.
- Ability to directly manage key accounts in support of expanding sales and margin opportunities through expansion of services through a partnership that enhances the client’s properties and market image.
- Lead customers through the sales experience while delivering a differential experience that aligns to the mission, vision and values of DeHamer Landscaping.
- Develop proposals and estimates that are crafted to the specific needs of each potential customer.
- Help to deliver our unique value to our customers by providing information on our Lawn Maintenance, Landscaping and Snow Maintenace capabilities as a full-service solution for their Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping needs.
- Achieve established annual sales and margin targets across all customer segments.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to be agile in sales approach in adjusting to a broad spectrum of customer needs and service requirements.
- Solid conflict resolution skills
- Solid organizational skills and ability to continuously improve on sales and account management processes.
- 5+ Years in a sales or business development role
- Develops collaborative cross departmental relationships.
