The Robson Companies headquarter office is located in Sun Lakes on Dobson and Riggs Roads. Robson Communities, Inc.’s (“RCI”) business is to provide payroll, accounting, IT, marketing, human resources, 401(k) administration, medical benefit administration and other services to its affiliated companies. The Mail Center of RCI is looking for a Mail Clerk.

Hours are:
**Monday through Thursday 10:30am to 4:00pm with a 30 minute lunch and**
**Friday 9:00am to 1:30pm**

PURPOSE OF POSITION /SUMMARY

This position handles incoming and outgoing mail and packages for Robson Communities and its surrounding Sun Lakes businesses (can be several thousand pieces each month). Duties can include sorting, labeling regular mail to/from post office and packaging express parcels using online programs (UPS, FedEX, etc.). Process weekly shipping invoice for accounting. Prepare end of month reports; check requests, as needed, for postage and meter permits. During non-mail processing time will help with other miscellaneous job duties assisting other departments including restocking and ordering break room supplies; will order mail center supplies from vendors. Monitor postage meter funds. Performs other job duties, as assigned.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

50% Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming company mail from post office - includes delivery to multiple locations/offices using hand cart and golf cart in the Sun Lakes Area. Sort, weigh, label, outgoing mail - utilizing postage meter.

15% Outside mail run pick up/delivery. Drive golf cart to Sun Lakes businesses to deliver and retrieve mail once each day.

5% Supplies - check, restock and order supplies for mail center, break and restrooms in building.

5% Assist employees/managers/departments with mail related inquiries.

5% Check requests for Business Reply Permit and Postage Meter; monitoring of balances to ensure enough funds for processing mail. Process weekly shipping invoice for UPS fees.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/COMPUTER/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- One year working in a mail center processing interoffice and outgoing U.S. Mail and packages.
- Experience with postage meters, folder machines.
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Previous experience with software associated with shipping companies
- Drivers License
