Overview:

- Data Entry/Operations Associate_

**Responsibilities**
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
- Type in data provided directly from customers
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Communicate with customers to provide updates when data is received and updated
- Provide daily update reports in regard to customer orders, inbounds, and outbounds
- Check in and out drivers that arrive to our facility to pickup and drop off cargo

**Skills**
- Proven experience as data entry clerk
- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Payment frequency:

- Paid biweekly

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
