Job Summary

The General Rental Associate (GRA) is a key member of our warehouse team, responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, staging, cleaning, and transporting rental units within the warehouse. This role requires strong physical abilities, including the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and the ability to work productively with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trucks, sort, stage, and transport rental units to the proper location in the warehouse.
  • Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain a clean and functioning work area, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Document Management: Identify and read vendor packing slips, carrier shipping documents, and receiving documents.
  • Productivity and Deadlines: Comply with deadlines and productivity standards, working efficiently to meet business needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Interact with a variety of people, including delivery drivers, supervisors, managers, and associates, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Age and Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the United States.
