- Develop and adhere to event budgets and effectively manage resources to optimize cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and other personnel to coordinate event logistics and ensure all necessary resources are in place.
- Evaluate the success of each event and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies for continuous enhancement.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of

successful event execution.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-service-oriented approach, with the ability to effectively communicate and

collaborate with clients and staff.
- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate event requirements, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Tripleseat event management software.
- A degree in PR, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
