Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Title Processor, you will play a crucial role in the real estate transaction by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of property closing files. Your primary responsibilities will include complying with title commitments and coordinating with various parties involved in the transaction to facilitate the closing process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Comply with and satisfy title commitments.
- Prepare closing documents and final title insurance policies.
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth closing process.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all title documents and related correspondence.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in real estate or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Title Processor or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of title searching, examination, and clearance procedures.
- Familiarity with title insurance policies and endorsements.
- Proficient in using title software and other relevant tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve title issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
