**Position Summary**:
The Senior Business Analyst collaborates with the Product Owner, SMEs, and stakeholders to analyze tasks and requests to create User Stories with Acceptance Criteria. A primary responsibility will be leading requirements for a data warehouse and other data reporting requirements.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate collection of user feedback mechanism and metrics tracking
Translate customer needs and requirement into Epics, Features, and User Stories
Maintain requirements traceability
Support Business Process Modeling, and Human Centered Design activities
Work directly with the development teams to clarify requirements
Translate user stories into test cases and support QA/testing activities
Develop executive briefing artifacts and info-graphics/diagrams
Support daily/weekly/quarterly Agile ceremonies
Ability to determine source and its attributes to meet business reporting needs,

**Education and Work Experience**:

- 8+ years of relevant experience
Familiar with design artifacts in JIRA and Confluence
Understands several reporting and data platforms
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (preferred)
Technical understanding to connect technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Exposure to Human Centered Design, UX research, and usability testing

**Knowledge and Skills**:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.

Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Excel and Word,
Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Ability to identify discrepancies and take initiative to research variances and correct
Certifications are a plus
Business mindset with strong technical skills
Data / system certifications are a plus
Firm sense of accountability and ownership for the data and systems with a demonstrated ability to drive development
Proven track record of maintaining data systems and adhering to, updating and creating product requirement documents

**Hours Required**:40 a week, additional hours may be required upon Manager’s request.
