    Senior Business Analyst Job at Nation Safe Drivers

    You're the go-to person for analyzing tasks and requests, working closely with Product Owner, SMEs, and stakeholders to craft User Stories with Acceptance Criteria. Your main focus will be on driving requirements for a data warehouse and other data reporting needs.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collect user feedback and track metrics efficiently
    • Transform customer needs into Epics, Features, and User Stories
    • Maintain requirements traceability
    • Engage in Business Process Modeling and Human Centered Design activities
    • Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements
    • Create test cases based on user stories and support QA/testing activities
    • Develop executive briefing artifacts and info-graphics/diagrams
    • Participate in daily/weekly/quarterly Agile ceremonies
    • Identify and develop source attributes to meet business reporting requirements
    • Convert user stories from existing applications for modernization
    Experience and Education:
    • 8+ years of relevant experience
    • Proficient with design artifacts in JIRA and Confluence
    • Familiarity with various reporting and data platforms
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (preferred)
    • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Strong focus on innovative thinking and adopting new tools and techniques
    • Exposure to Human Centered Design, UX research, and usability testing

    • Hold relevant certifications as a bonus
    • Merge business mindset with strong technical skills
    • Possess data/system certifications as a plus
    • Display a strong sense of accountability for data and systems, with a proven ability to drive development
    • Established history of maintaining data systems and creating product requirement documents
    Hours Required: 40 hours per week, extra hours may be requested by the Manager.

    Physical Demands:

    The physical requirements include talking, listening, sitting, using hands, reaching, standing, walking, and occasional lifting. Vision abilities necessary are close vision and focus adjustment.

    Work Environment:

    This role operates in a business office with moderate noise levels.

    This position is Exempt.
