**Additional responsibilities include**:

- Create customer loyalty by identifying and implementing new lifecycle communications that drive engagement at meaningful customer milestones;
- Utilize existing insights and partner with internal teams on conducting new research to help inform messaging and channel strategy;
- Rigorously test hypotheses and use data to drive decisions, including implementing the necessary analytical frameworks and reporting mechanisms to measure and drive success;
- Partner with web and content teams to optimize user journey, traffic and overall conversion rate;

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

**Preferred Skills/Experience**
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Consumer Data Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Advanced knowledge of assigned geographical area, competitive market, banking operations, and U.S. Bancorp's products and services
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Agility in thinking and delivery, along with proven ability to take direction in support of company goals
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time
- MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement

**Location Expectations**
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
