**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality professional service to each customer, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Clearly and consistently communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Effectively manage a crew of up to 10 people, providing leadership and guidance.
- Perform regular product ordering and maintain item inventories to ensure availability.
- Create and manage a functional schedule for the crew on a weekly basis, optimizing productivity.
- Provide attentive and thorough training to employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills.
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacement, fluid refilling, wiper replacement, etc.
- Handle store opening and closing duties on a daily basis, ensuring security and cleanliness.

**Requirements**:

- Show up on time and ready to work, demonstrating reliability and dedication.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to Prompto standards of service, safety, and cleanliness.
- Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment that relies on effective communication.
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time, as well as kneel, reach, and climb stairs as necessary.
- Lead by example and be adaptable to changing circumstances.
