Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and answering phone calls
- Ensure smooth patient flow by coordinating with medical staff and managing appointment scheduling
- Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health records system
- Handle patient inquiries, provide information about services, and address any concerns or issues
- Provide excellent customer service and adherence to office policies and procedures
- Oversee insurance verification, billing, and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area as well as entire office
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is preferred
- Proficiency in using electronic health records systems
- Strong knowledge of medical scheduling systems and procedures
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
Pay: $24.88 - $26.18 per hour
