- Experience necessary: Minimum 1 -year experience in Administrative Assistant / Customer Service
- Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing. This includes communication with customers, management, and employees.
- Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures
- Exceptional Organizational Skills
- Assist upper management with tasks as needed
- Must have computer skills. Quickbooks Experience a plus
- Self Starter who can achieve goals set.
The Beach is near by
Bilingual - Spanish is a plus
- Pay attention to detail
- Are eager to learn

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-5 no weekends
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
