We provide architecture, engineering, construction management, permit plan reviews, facility and property management, consulting, and IT services. We are committed to planning, designing, constructing, and managing quality and sustainable infrastructure projects that play an integral role in the development and success of the communities we serve.
We are seeking a **PROJECT ACCOUNTANT** to work in our downtown Chicago office.
In this role, you will
- Compare project actual performance to budget
- Communicate project financial status to management
- Work with Project Managers to understand the burn rate vs. progress rate
- Complete invoicing for assigned projects, including contract administration
- Coordinate timely submission of subconsultant invoices and payments
- Prepare and maintain G/L entries
- Prepare executive reports on assigned projects
- Other duties, as assigned.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5 or more years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in A/E services
- Intermediate skills in Deltek Vision are required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
