**Summary**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Sales & Service _
- Assist Sales Leads in achieving daily and annual sales goals.
- Deliver the highest levels of customer service. Build relationships, ensure customer follow-up, and promote retention.
- Salesmanship - ability to explain the various products to in-store customers.
- Assist customers with any product questions for in-store shopping or pick-up sale & service.
- Process all orders through in-store POS system: Shopify
- Store Tasks _
- Communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and RC management
- Ensure processing of pick-up orders accurately and on time.
- Store Operations _
- Oversee in store product up-stock, merchandising and cleaning throughout the day
- Oversee day-to-day pick-up operations of store including:

- Daily product assembly of internal Recchiuti and Marketplace pre-orders and in-person orders
- Opening and closing procedures
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities_
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone/internet.
- Well-organized, deadline-oriented, flexible, and able to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
- Experience with Shopify, POS or equivalent software.
- Cashiering experience with Shopify, POS or equivalent system
- Strong retail experience in a customer-focused environment
- Strong computer skills - experience with MS Office a must.
- Well-groomed
- Fluent in English
- Desired Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities_
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and related computer programs
- Proficiency in working with various computer platforms a plus
- Experience working in a small, entrepreneurial company
- Ability to speak other languages a plus.
- Interest in artisan foods

**Physical Demands**

The essential functions of this position require consistent standing and the ability to lift 40lbs unassisted.

**Work Schedule**

This position’s workweek includes weekends. Additional hours will occur during peak holiday seasons.
- **This position requires availability Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday shifts. Some weekends required. This is an in-store position. **_

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
