**Role**:

- In support of AltaOne Federal Credit Union’s Vision, Mission, Values and Culture, the Director of Marketing Projects is an essential role to aid in all of the marketing initiatives, including targeted social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects. The Director of Marketing Projects will be responsible for helping to create and implement strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, through data analytics, while helping achieve the short-term and long-term goals for the department.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in crafting and overseeing the implementation of strategies that increase usage, awareness and adoption of all products and services, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Assist in creating and monitoring marketing strategic plans that help us reach our growth goals, CDFI mission, and compliance with changing regulations.
- Assist in creating and monitoring strategic plans for deployment of grant funds (as needed, and if applicable)
- Design branding, positioning and recommend pricing strategies for products and services
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) and manage community reputation.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
- Ensures that marketing promotions meet or exceed set objectives. Measures results on major campaigns and reports results to CEO.

- Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and achieve goals
- Instills a shared vision and provides leadership through effective goal setting, delegation, and communication.

**Knowledge and Skills**:
**Experience**
- Work experience at the executive level overseeing the marketing department, or as the Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within Credit Union industry
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords and other social media advertising platforms

**Education/Certifications/Licenses**
- B.S. degree (MS degree preferred) in relevant field (Marketing, Data Analytics or Business preferred) or five years of experience in a Marketing roll with progressively responsible experience in Marketing.

**Interpersonal Skills**
- The ability to motivate or influence internal or external staff members is a critical part of the job, requiring a significant level of influence and trust. Obtaining cooperation and agreement on important outcomes via frequently complex, leadership level dialogues, as well as a professional level of written communication skills are essential to the position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Other Skills**
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Physical Requirements**
- Is able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

**Working Conditions**
- The employee will establish an appropriate work environment within their home for work purposes. The Organization will not be responsible for costs associated with the setup of the employee’s home office, such as remodeling, furniture or lighting, nor for repairs or modifications to the home office space.
- Hybrid position that requires at least one week in-office quarterly
- Attend in-office meetings as needed
