**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, preferably in cold storage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
