Min wage basic salary.

Ability to earn $5,000 per month on top of basic.

Training from a top sales person so you can become awesome at sales for the rest of your life.

Uncapped commissions.

We are seeking outbound salespeople in the Aesthetic & Wellness market to sell a high-growth body contouring system to beauty/wellness professionals.

1 year of sales experience is preferred.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

We're looking for a dedicated salesperson to drive sales and deliver scalable, predictable revenue growth for this exciting product.

We offer an aggressive commission plan that is UNCAPPED, the more you sell, the more you make

**Ideal Behavior**

In our experience there are three types of salespeople:
1. The lazy, unmotivated, who believe they can get by on just charm and quick wit. Perhaps somewhat naturally talented but do not commit to being a student of the game and will ultimately burn out, out of either boredom or termination.

2. The hustler, often disorganized, but has an immensely high activity and generally can overcome a lack of skill by sheer force of volume of output.

3. The capable and tenacious, quietly modest, oriented around humility and devoted to obsessive improvement and betterment of their craft. Realizing they don't have all the answers and are hungry to grow, learn, and earn.

**Qualifications and Skills**

What we're looking for:

- 1 Year of sales experience
- Self-motivated and independent.
- Warm personality
- Outstanding organizational and relationship nurturing skills.
- Positive, adaptive, goal-driven, resilient, tenacious follow-up skills, persuasive, & self-motivated.

**Requirements**:

- Diligence in keeping up with your leads, ensuring mínimal speed to lead time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong customer satisfaction orientation.
- Ability to open new accounts despite obstacles and build a steady pipeline of business.
- Ability to meet and exceed prospecting and pipeline development goals.
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, market conditions, and competitor strategies.
- Proficiency in G-Suite products.
- Skill with CRM programs, Outreach, and other sales productivity tools.

Additional things that would make you present more awesome:

- B2B inside sales experience.
- Experience in the aesthetic, spa, and/or wellness space.
