**Location**: Berlin, CT (Hybrid Office / Home)

**Hours**:Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM

**What you will do**:
The Music People is looking for an Operations Support Associate/Office Admin who will be responsible for performing a high level of transactional type work and administrative support.

**Work Schedule**:

- Work standard daily 8-hour work schedule with a ½ hour lunch.
- Tuesday & Thursday required in office days; remaining days can be remote from home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process, receive, and distribute incoming mail and materials including packages.
- Coordinates and schedules building maintenance/repairs and communicates on health & safety initiatives.
- Main point of contact for Vendors who service our Berlin Office and Cheshire DC
- Manage outgoing mail from Berlin Office and inventory mailing supplies (stamps, envelopes, etc.)
- Maintains and orders necessary office supplies.
- Update Employee Directory
- Manage company calendars.
- Prepares agendas, notices, and meeting or conference materials.
- Records proceedings at meeting or conferences as directed.
- Assist with tradeshows/business related travel (booking flights, car rental, hotels through SAP Concur)
- Assist with planning/implementation of company parties/events/fundraisers/donations.
- Monthly Reports (Gifts & Hospitality, Office Supply Spending)
- Design/Update/Ordering of employee/company awards (EOTQ, Milestone Anniversaries, Sales Awards, etc.)
- Orders office lunches for vendors, employees, visitors, etc.
- Handle call inquiries and/or forward calls from our General Operator Queue in Microsoft Teams
- Perform other duties as assigned, supporting various departments as needed.
- Maintain and update department documentation, processes, and procedures.
