Marketing Analytics Assistant

**The Role**
At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well”. Reporting into the Insights and Analytics Manager the primary purpose of the Marketing Analytic Assistant is to provide analysis that informs our marketing and financial planning.
The role and your insight will be crucial to informing our US marketing team on campaign effectiveness and customer performance.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Marketing**
- Learn and become familiar with the CT marketing calendar, activities and individual campaigns
- Assist the Insights and Analytics Manager to make selections for marketing books
- Review and analyze the performance of past marketing campaigns to inform future iterations, including delivery of a quarterly matchback and testing summary
- Support the Insights and Analytics Manager with the annual forecasting and budgeting process
- Attend Marketing led meetings to support creation of marketing strategy and assist with performance reporting
- Optimize cross territory learning through knowledge share with our UK based marketing counterparts
**Reporting**
- Assist Insight and Analytics Manager with weekly reporting on market performance, customer trends and marketing KPIs
- Create PowerPoint presentations with key insights from data analysis for meetings with the team or the wider business
- Produce Monthly review documents covering customer performance and database health
- Ad hoc reporting and information support for the Insights and Analytics Manager and US Marketing team
**Systems**
- Support US marketing team with excel and analytics queries
- Eager to learn SQL/Alteryx
- Power BI experience preferred
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Excel proficiency and understanding of formulas such as xlookup/sumifs
- Clear aptitude for analytics, comfortable working with large datasets and numbers
- Degree preferred, not necessary if required skills can be demonstrated through experience
This is an hourly (non-exempt) role based in New York City. The pay range for this role is based on experience and we might reasonably expect to offer $24.00 - $26.00 per hour.
