**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Lead and optimize the entire cannabis production process, including extraction, refinement, formulation, and packaging.
- Implement robust quality control measures to ensure product consistency and purity.
- Embrace and integrate cutting-edge technologies and methods to boost production efficiency and product quality.
- Develop and manage comprehensive production budgets, schedules, and timelines.
- Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulatory standards.
- Mentor and manage the production team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- **Warehousing and Inventory**:

- Oversee warehousing operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of products.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet market demands and minimize waste.
- Work closely with supply chain and sales teams to align production with inventory needs.
- **Systems Integration**:

- Implement and oversee production management software to streamline operations.
- Ensure seamless integration of systems across production and warehousing for enhanced efficiency and data accuracy.
- **Financial Insight**:

- Analyze financial reports and production data to drive informed business decisions.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align operations with our ambitious growth goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, chemical engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in cannabis product manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Deep understanding of cannabis production processes, including extraction and refinement.
- Strong familiarity with regulatory requirements for cannabis manufacturing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with production management software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Year 1**: $70,000 - $80,000
- **Year 2**: Up to $120,000
- **Year 3**: Stock options in the company
