We are an international School with a Montessori philosophy and a multi-lingual immersion program in Washington, DC. Our mission is to unleash the unlimited potential in children ages 3 months to 5 years.

We are hiring International Creative and enrichment teachers and assistant teachers passionate about early childhood education and have a nurturing teaching style that will authentically spark children's curiosity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborates with the Founder to develop and curate interactive and engaging lessons in alignment with the company’s mission and goals
- Responsible for classroom instruction and confers with the teaching team to plan and schedule lessons promoting learning and development
- Participates and takes an active role in project planning processes
- Teaches the essential skills of our in-house developed etiquette, practical life, art, or dance lessons that will contribute to student's development as educated and responsible individuals
- Takes ownership of the classroom with strong classroom management skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree - international degrees are welcomed
- Deep appreciation for and interest in learning more about Montessori pedagogy
- Profound enjoyment of working with young children from 3 months to 5 years
- Wide range of cultural experience and background
- Possess patience and extensive knowledge of classroom management, and hands-on teaching abilities
- Commitment to professional development and best practices in education
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Contribute actively to the goals and success of team members through collaboration, cooperation, and flexibility

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.15 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
