Job description

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage finance operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, Vendor Management, Expenses, Payroll, cash management and general finance support functions.
- Managing the billing for multiple entities on a monthly basis
- Development and Reporting key finance metrics
- Managing and enforcing corporate financial control systems.
- General reporting for both internal activities and external client activities.
- Communication with clients and providing general support for clients.
- Liaison with Operations, Sales, and Senior Management teams.
- Requirements
- Experience as a financial controller or financial operations manager.
- 3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience with corporate control systems.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- This is an in-office position in our Aventura, FL office.
