**WHO YOU ARE**

As the Revenue and System Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our company’s growth by enhancing sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization. This role is pivotal in developing and refining our sales and revenue operations systems and processes as we continue to scale. You will oversee the alignment of sales, marketing, customer success, and finance operations to ensure the company's revenue potential is maximized through efficient processes, analytics, and strategic planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategy and System Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sales and revenue operations strategies, continuously refining systems and processes to support scaling, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
- Analytics, Reporting, and Insights: Utilize data analytics to provide deep insights into revenue generation activities across sales, marketing, and customer success. Develop reporting frameworks that guide strategic decisions and operational improvements.
- Technology Management: Oversee the revenue operations technologies, ensuring these systems effectively support sales and broader revenue operations, including marketing automation and customer success platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to ensure alignment on revenue operations strategies, goals, and execution.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements across the revenue cycle to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Forecasting and Planning: Lead the forecasting and planning efforts for sales and revenue, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar strategic role within a fast-paced, growing company.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales and revenue operations strategies that have directly contributed to revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with advanced experience in CRM and revenue operations technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Certification in sales, revenue operations, or related disciplines.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other leading CRM and revenue operations platforms.

In addition to the expected range listed, this role will be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and location.
