Position Overview:
Navistar's compliance team is looking for a **Logistic Financial Consultant** to join their team in Lisle. Responsibilities would include working with the Logistic team on regulatory compliance and writing technical bulletins.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists and supports the organization in complying with, as well as the ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance to, the requirements of government regulations and/or regulatory agencies.
- Performs evaluation of internal operations, controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation as related to regulatory compliance and recommends appropriate changes.
- Conducts and facilitates internal and external audits to identify, evaluate, disclose and appropriately remedy risks and deficiencies.
- Coordinates the preparation of and may prepare document packages for regulatory submissions from all areas of company as well as for internal and external audits and inspections.
- May serve as point of contact for interactions with regulatory agencies for defined matters.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of regulatory compliance experience

OR
- Master’s degree

OR
- At least 4 years of regulatory compliance experience

Additional Requirements:
Desired Skills:

- Requiring knowledge and experience in own discipline, applies company policies and practices/procedures to resolve various issues or problems of moderate scope.
- The ability to exercises judgment within defined, standard practices/procedures to determine appropriate action.
- Experience building productive internal/external working relationships.
