**Role**:Tech. Project Manager (W2 only)

**Location**:Universal City, CA

**Duration**: 6 Months W2 Contract

**Pay Rate**:$65/Hr on W2

**Qualifications**:

- **B.S. degree **in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience as a **Project Manager w/BA Lineage**:

- Demonstrated success in the **management of technical development projects** using **agile methodologies**.
- **PMP **(desirable)
- **Media/Entertainment **and/or **Marketing Industry **experience (desirable)
- _Proficiency in tools necessary to perform this role_: MS Project, PPT, Word, Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Key Skills/Strengths**:

- Excellent communication skillsListening, writing, presenting, and facilitating across functions and levels, both internal and external to client
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, develop consensus, and drive team decisions
- Self-motivation; pro-actively identifies opportunities for improvement

- Can-do attitude; thorough and detail-oriented

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Management/Coordination of the Workplace Violence Prevention Program, potentially including system configuration, integration, and optimization, as well as documentation of training records, incidents, inspections, and requests.
- Perform high-volume data entry.
- **Manage project scope**, **milestones**, and all **deliverables**.
- **Collaborate with internal stakeholders** to **gather **and **refine business requirements**, **align technical solutions **with **strategic goals**, **provide updates**, and **address concerns**.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate cross-functional engagement to foster collaboration and drive project progress.

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary

Pay: Up to $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
