Installation Coordinator

We are seeking an Installation Coordinator to become a part of our team You will be responsible for coordinating all of our window and door installations. You will report to top management. Furthermore, you will ensure that project/department milestones and goals are met under approved budgets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule window and door installations
- Schedule inspections and follow up on permits to be sure they are closed out and do not expire
- Evaluate and prepare weekly installer payroll
- Follow up on pending jobs to close
- Communicate with customers
- Schedule deliveries
- Assist scheduling of operation managers schedule

Qualifications:

- Bilingual
- English and Spanish
- Microsoft Excell, Word
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to prioritize and multitask

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Project coordination: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In person
