**We are looking for talented and team-oriented Procurement Manager that thrives in a fast-paced, custom manufacturing environment.

Structureworks sells pergolas and other outdoor structures designed and manufactured at our Fredericksburg, VA factory. This position works in a customer education and business development role to help our Sales team design projects and support our customers. You will work with architects and design professionals across North America to find the best product and design for their residential and commercial projects.

**The Details**:
**Position Type**:
Full Time, Permanent

**Schedule**:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

**Compensation**:
$75,000+/Year

**Experience Level**:
Three or more years performing the responsibilities listed below

**Authorization**:
Legally authorized to work in the US

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in related field

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory and material management
- Running of MRP and coordination of MRP parameters to ensure optimal utilization and proper forecasting
- Establishing and maintaining all vendor relationships
- Coordination with sales and customer service team on lead times and scheduling changes
- Purchasing of all direct and non-direct materials

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of three years experience in a procurement role
- Experienced with inventory management/cycle counts
- Proficient with common business software, experienced with manufacturing ERP system
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in our dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment
