**Experience**

Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable - Fixed assets register - Travel expense accounting - Misc. General ledger posting - Filing - Data Entry - Inventory functions as well as assisting the Purchasing Department and other duties. 3-5 years accounting data entry experience required. Teams and other skills.

**Duties will include but not limited to**:
Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries

Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.

Assist with Bank reconciliation

Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals

Recording and filing cash transactions.

Invoice processing and filing.

Processing expense requests and company credit card reconciliation for the accountant to approve.

Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.

Analytical thinker and problem solver.

Competent IT skills, Office, Teams, Outlook, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.

Experience with Axapta software a plus.

High level of accuracy.

Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
