**POSITION POSTING: SERVICE COORDINATOR, BENTON HARBOR**

As a service coordinator at Tele-Rad you will be responsible for providing customer service in-person and over the phone, as well as data entry, purchasing, fielding service requests and working with the Service Manager to schedule technician time and equipment repairs.

**Classification**: Part-time, non-exempt

**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-2:00pm

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service
- Coordination of Radio Repairs
- Service Billing and Data Entry
- Service Scheduling
- Purchasing and Inventory Maintenance

This position also serves as a point of contact for the Benton Harbor shop and will work in collaboration with the Service Manager to report building issues, maintain facilities, and manage availability of general office and shop supplies. Teamwork is encouraged amongst employees and management may also assign additional tasks as required.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Capacity to work independently, problem solve, multi-task and prioritize
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- At least one year of experience with order management and fulfillment, such as purchasing, receiving, and/or invoicing equipment
- Ability and willingness to use Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other business software programs

**Compensation**:
This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt and will be paid hourly. The compensation range for this position is $16.00-18.00 per hour. You will be paid every two weeks based on Tele-Rad’s bi-weekly pay schedule.

**Requirements**:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk and hear, lift (overhead, waist level) from floor, and frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use.
