**Essential Duties**

**AI Tool Workshops and Engagements**
- Design and deliver high-quality, public-facing workshops on AI tools, aligning with official university messaging and visual brand standards.

**AI for Teaching and Learning Curricular Development**
- Collaborate with institutional teams to develop AI curricular interventions, including modules, mini-courses, and other learning experiences as needed.

**AI Tool Resource Development**
- Create brand-standard, templated resources such as start guides, toolkits, multimedia resources, and teaching and learning use cases to support AI tool integration.

**AI Tool Assessment for Teaching and Learning**

**AI Learning Special Projects**

**Community Engagement**
- Foster an AI fluent university community through workshops, special events, and a community of practice around AI in education.

**Minimum Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field AND Three (3) years of providing learning/instructional design and/or technology development services. Or, any equivalent combination of experience or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

**Desired Qualifications**
- Knowledge of trends in educational technologies with a focus on AI technologies and emerging educational technologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design principles for adult learning.
- Experience in project management, capable of handling tasks with multiple and overlapping deadlines.
- Experience explaining technical concepts in non-technical terms to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience in fostering a safe and inclusive working and learning environment.
- Evidence of commitment to sustainability and leading by example in supporting institutional programs.

**Working Environment**
- Required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work.
- Ability to clearly communicate to perform essential functions.
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds.

**Days and Schedule**: Tempe Campus 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Hybrid or flexible schedule as determined with supervisor and within ASU/Enterprise Technology guidelines.
