**Principal Purpose of Position**:
Responsible for high volume of data entry and/or mailing of documents required to complete or sustain the licensing process. These documents include but are not limited to: driver trip records, violations, titles, registrations, MSOs and license plates.
- Organize and sort work in preparation for data entry
- Catalogue and identify documents
- Performs accurate and timely entry of data to achieve goals
- Support various data entry processes across the department
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

**Education and/or Training**:

- Must have a functional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Associates / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

**Relevant Work Experience**:

- Entry level workload will be assigned.
- Knowledge of DMV regulations helpful, but not required.

**Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge**:

- Ability to prioritize work in a fast paced environment while meeting required deadlines
- Attention to detail with focus on volume and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

**Communicating & Influencing Skills**:

- Must have the ability to communication effectively with all levels of employees and customers
