Licensing Expeditor

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking aLicensing Expeditor to join our client in Mount Laurel, NJ The Licensing Expeditor is primarily responsible forhigh volume of data entry and/or mailing of documents required to complete or sustain the licensing process. These documents include but are not limited to: driver trip records, violations, titles, registrations, MSOs and license plates. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity is offering $19.00/HR

Responsibilities of the Licensing Expeditor include:

• Organize and sort work in preparation for data entry
  
• Catalogue and identify documents
  
• Performs accurate and timely entry of data to achieve goals
  
• Support various data entry processes across the department
  
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements of the Licensing Expeditor include:

• Must have a functional knowledge of Microsoft Office program
  
• Associates / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  
• Entry level workload will be assigned.
  
• Knowledge of DMV regulations helpful, but not required.
  
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast paced environment while meeting required deadlines
  
• Attention to detail with focus on volume and accuracy
  
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
