**Sales Manager duties include, but are not limited to**:
Meet sales quotas individually and for the stores.
Provide exceptional customer service and train team members to do so.
Help polish sales skills.
Meet and exceed individual sales quotas.
Excellent organizational skills
Office product familiarity and able to use is a must.
Train Team Members.
Work great with assistant managers and sales manager.
Provide information on products and plans.
Sell Boost Mobile phones and accessories.
Answer phone calls from customers and team members.
General store tidiness.
Manage inventory.
Handle Employee issues and fill in for missing shifts.

**Requirements**:
5 Years of Sales Experience.
5 Years of Wireless Retail Experience a huge plus.

Computer skills necessary (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), POS.
Works well independently, but also a team player.
Applicants must be bilingual - English and Spanish.
*Salaried Possible* position.
*$37400/ year hourly wages + commission target of $1500 per month for the yearly pay, minimum commission is around $600 and up to the $1500 or more. Theres times where the Team targets might not be attained but the monthly bonus/commissions targets are available on an individual basis.
*Store operating hours are Monday - Saturday 10:00AM -7:30PM, Sunday 12:00PM-5:00PM (times may vary)
Pay: $43,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
