Floral Designer/customer Service

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create unique floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and fulfilling orders promptly
- Handle transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and seasonal offerings

**Skills**:

- Strong ability to sell products and services
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in retail sales, particularly in floral or related industries
- Organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and plants, including care instructions
- Multilingual abilities are a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.50 per hour
