We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist/Administration Assistant to join our team. In this hybrid position you will be responsible for inbound and outbound sales calls, managing a CRM database, handling customer service questions, and assisting with other office related activities throughout the year. This position could be part-time or full-time but there may be fewer hours available in the winter season.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer in-bound phone calls dealing with new sales as well as customer service questions.
- Perform outbound sales calls to prospects directly interested in service.
- Provide professional advice to customers as it pertains to our service.
- Make use of our CRM system (Call Log) to document all interactions with clients or prospects.
- Utilize company systems to maximize efficiency.
- Be a team player in all aspects of employment.
- Must have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Performs appointed administrative tasks or other tasks as directed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Experience**
- 2 years of successful inside sales or lead role in administrative duties
- General computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiar with CRM management software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
