Canadian and Glass Products Assistant

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assistant to join our team. As an Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Canadian Operations and Glass Technical Director and our Glass Products Specialist. This position is perfect for someone who is looking for a flexible work schedule with a great team

**Primary Areas of Responsibility**:

- Provide administrative support to the Canadian and Glass Technical functions of the Association
- Provide Staff Liaison support as assigned
- Provide limited IGMAC administrative support

**Specific Assignments**:

- IGMAC Certification Support; maintain participant records in our database; respond to IGMAC related inquiries; assist with IGMAC certification collections
- Provide Liaison Support: Key point of contact for conference calls coordinating schedules; setting up the call; providing support and processing minutes during the call;
- Proactively work with Liaison to help member leaders keep group activity on schedule and moving forward
- Provide record keeping and maintenance for committee task/group activities

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma and 1 year of office experience or 2-3-years administrative office experience
- Be able to be a proactive member of the team, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability; critical thinking skills; sound judgment; good verbal presentation and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality for sensitive documents and topics.
- Provide exceptional customer service

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
