**Responsibilities**:

- MUST be proficient with QuickBooks
- Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, entering, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Bank reconciliations
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices/expense reports; recording entries.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Organizes and maintains business Insurances and Human Resource information

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Previous accounts payable and some general accounting experience required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
