**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following**:

- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets, fostering a positive and supportive sales culture.
- Engage with customers in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and providing personalized guidance throughout the sales process.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies.
- Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
- Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract.
- Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Follows safeguards, rules, and regulations.
- Generate sales leads using video marketing and social media posts.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least one year retail or hospitality experience required - Previous experience in automotive preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and build lasting relationships
- Intermediate computer skills
- An inclusive attitude that embraces diversity and values the contributions of all team members.
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
