Role Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant for Retail, your primary focus will be to connect with our target market by developing captivating content for social media classified advertisements aimed at homeowners. You will utilize internet-generated leads to reach potential clients and engage with our existing database to facilitate their purchasing journey. Key platforms for outreach include Facebook Marketplace, Next Door, Offer Up, among others.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly greeting customers and understanding their desired solutions.

  • Coordinating meetings with the sales team and conducting follow-ups on referrals and customer feedback.
