- Develops and implements practice standards and oversees all tasks related to the financial performance of the practice, including strategic planning such as forecasting, developing projections and providing recommendations and justifications
- Oversees responsibility and monitors progress for all assignment groups in completion of onboarding and offboarding tasks associated with mid-level providers and providers
- Provides direct supervision to support staff (front and back office) ensuring optimal patient flow and high clinical quality
- Ensures timely communication with Palomar Health Medical Group's departments and other resources to resolve problems, develop/improve relations, and further the mission, goals and values of Palomar Health Medical Group
- Serves as the key problem-solving resource for staff on patient issues. Studies patient needs/trends and recommends solutions to ongoing patient care problems.
- Collaborates with operations leadership on development and implementation of clinic goals, policies, procedures, budget plans and work standards
- Monitors and improves practice key performance indicators related to revenue cycle, patient satisfaction, and access standards
- Facilitates medical practice meetings related to clinic effectiveness and emergency/disaster response systems
- Assists with budget planning and approves department expenditures
- Ensures staff is trained on abiding and adhering to HIPAA requirements
- Ensures excellent customer service by setting and enforcing expectations for employees

**Job Requirements**:
