**Operations Manager**
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facilities, supply chain, and warehouse/operations teams while ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will develop and implement strategies to enable efficient operation of the facilities, improve and modify existing spaces to meet changing business needs, manage the onboarding and preventative maintenance of equipment, and ensure a robust supply chain. Additionally, you will manage and enforce quality control procedures to monitor incoming materials used in regulated manufacturing processes.In this role you will maintain department compliance with our ISO 13485:2016 quality management system as well as any relevant regulatory guidance. You will help to build and improve systems and procedures.-
- Lead and mentor a team of departmental supervisors, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence.
- Work with leaders in Facilities, Supply Chain, Laboratory Management and QC to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of nanoComposix facilities.
- Develop and execute plans for facility modifications and upgrades to meet business demands as directed by leadership.
- Ensure robust and efficient supply chain operation to minimize disruptions and ensure adherence to Quality Management System requirements.
- Work with Facilities team to prioritize facilities management and improvement tasks and ensure coverage of facility needs at all times. This includes HVAC, mechanical, electrical, water, and wastewater treatment systems.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, logistics, and distribution, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products while minimizing costs.
- Manage the calibration and preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Process Development, R&D, and Quality Assurance.
- Develop systems and procedures pertaining to Operations and author corresponding SOP’s and Work Instructions
**Job Requirements**:
- B.Sc. in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience. At least 3 years’ experience managing people.
- Prior industry experience in QSR/GMP regulated manufacturing environments for medical device or drugs required.
- Prior experience managing facilities and operations of ISO 7 or similar clean room environments and general laboratory spaces strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in equipment life-cycle management including calibration and preventative maintenance of regulated manufacturing equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute strategic objectives related to facilities upgrades and modifications.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage operations of R&D, manufacturing, and administrative facilities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage operation of supply chain and incoming quality control.
- Demonstrated ability to identify operational cost improvement strategies and develop and execute plans for operational efficiency improvements.
**Annual Salary Range**:
- $90,000.00-$100,000.00**Benefits**:
