Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of processes to ensure documents are scanned into their correct application, indexed, inspected, and available in a timely manner.
  • Daily operation and maintenance of equipment. Report any problems so that they can be resolved promptly and put back into service.
  • Properly disseminate, store, and destruction of all content.
  • Follow all company and department policy and procedures.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass Alfas Following Written Instructions and Matching Alphanumeric tests.
  • Possess typing skills, 10-key calculator skills, computer skills, filing experience, and mathematical ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 55lbs.
