**Work Schedule**:
This is a full-time position that includes a leader on-call rotation. Applicants hired into this position can work hybrid from WI or IL. When on-site you will work at 610 N. Whitney Way in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a **Communications Center Manager**
- Who has in-depth experience leading teams in a 24x7 critical call center environment
- To be a strategic partner in the development of departmental planning and efficient operation including system solutions, staffing models, and budget
- Has experience in healthcare collaborating with operational leaders across the enterprise

**Education**:
Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Four (4) combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree

Preferred - Master’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred.

**Work Experience**:
Minimum
- Demonstrated success directly or indirectly leading a team of customer focused individuals.
- Demonstrated success making data-informed decisions to optimize processes.
- Demonstrated success in training and mentoring others.

Preferred
- Two (2) years of experience leading telecommunications/switchboard operations.
- Five (5) years of relevant experience in a Healthcare setting.
- Experience supervising staff strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting mission critical/life safety systems in a 24x7 hospital setting is preferred.
