**Role : Collections Agent** **(Bilingual)**

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Increase the collection of outstanding payments within our personal finance department, as an individual contributor in the collections process
- Identify accounts with overdue payments and find solutions to help bring their loan to a current status
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals
- Inbound/Outbound calls with clients to resolve debts owed
- All in compliance with collections policies and procedures

**Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities**:

- 1-2 years of direct experience in **credit and collections**; negotiation and persuasion tools
- Bilignual (english/ spanish)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior telemarketing experience (with financial products preferred)
- Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
- Professional presence

**Job Type**: Contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
