Personal Training Director (PTD)
Are you a passionate fitness enthusiast with a knack for sales leadership? If so, we want YOU to be our next Personal Training Director The top performing PTDs in our company average between $6,000-$7,000 per month in total earnings.
What We Are Looking For:
Our PT Director is the driving force behind our fitness programs and works hand and hand with our membership teams to ensure a positive member experience as they are introduced to the benefits of working with a Fitness Professional with LA Fitness.
Day in the Life of a PTD:
- Sales Leader
- Finding ~3-4 current or new members to meet with daily, discussing customized workout routines, and setting them up on monthly PT programs to help them reach their goals.
- Head Trainer
- Meeting with all the trainers on a weekly basis to evaluate how you can help them
service their current clientele and identify ways to increase client retention and client fulfillment.
- Customer Service Concierge
- Address customer questions, comments, or concerns.
- Team Builder
- Recruit, Interview, Train, and Develop a team of exercise professionals
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the fitness industry
- Passion for health and fitness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership experience with a positive and motivating approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Ability to work nights and weekends (approx. 44 hours/week)
- Other tasks and duties as may be assigned day to day
Pay Range:
- [CA]: [$16/hour], plus net commissions/bonuses, which realistically range from $600 to $2,500 per month.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
