Coordinator (Hybrid Remote)

**What You’ll Do**

We’re looking for a high-talent individual to support our service operations team in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clinics. You’ll be responsible for multiple facets of ensuring a smooth patient experience, including:

- Scheduling virtual and in-person patient appointments with our care team
- Submitting claims for services to health insurance plans for billing
- Communicating with and answering questions from existing patients, ensuring they get appropriate support
- General office management
- Other professional opportunities that emerge over time, consistent with a high-growth, startup environment
- **Location**:Hybrid (remote 2x per week and in office 3x per week in Arlington, VA and surrounding area)

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Track record of balancing competing priorities and managing projects to completion in a fast-paced professional environment
- Strong collaboration instincts and skills
- Passion for the impact of your work on the broader world, and excitement to help reduce the burden of chronic disease
- Bilingual English and Spanish speaking preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
