THTBC’s IT, Engineering and Professional Services (ITEPS) division has an immediate opening for a Capture Manager. This is an onsite (potentially hybrid) at our Falls Church, VA office.

**Primary Roles and Responsibilities Include**:

- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and team building skills.
- Lead business development and capture efforts, including agency/customer contacts initiation, opportunity identification and analysis, competitive intelligence gathering, gap analysis, teaming strategies development, and terms & agreements negotiation in collaboration with internal Legal, Contracts, and Pricing teams.
- Develop clear and concise Win Themes and Value Propositions for the capture.
- Understand the customer marketplace, stakeholder customer organizations and budgets to identify market drivers and trends and develop strategies. Lead the development of customer profiles, including customer needs, issues, desires, and biases.
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and functional organizations involved in program capture.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with teaming partners and industry associations to help drive partnerships.
- Coordinate and collaborate with both ITEPS and BOS line of business management, business and finance, contracts and global supply chain.
- Development and management of capture project funds, schedule, and execution.
- Leading the securing of RFPs, preparation of proposals, and support to negotiating and definitizing contracts.
- Prepare and lead Milestone Reviews to corporate leadership, and other reviews as required once opportunity has been assigned.
- Drive qualified opportunities through the Gate Review process to achieve proposal win.
- Guiding proposal development including managing process, writing proposal responses and the development of pricing to deliver compelling and compliant proposals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with the customer, program management, business unit and supply base executives and functional management.
- Support the fiscal management of capture budgets, to include resource prioritization.
- Develop, implement, and manage processes and strategies that results in an increased capture PWin and improved win rate.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- BS/B.A. is preferred. Will consider experience in lieu of degree.
- Proven record of success capturing and winning IT, cybersecurity, software modernization opportunities within the DoD. (single award > $50M+ captures).
- Ability to effectively work multiple capture assignments simultaneously.
- Must possess strong organizational skills to meet schedules and handle conflicting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with senior management and multiple disciplines within the organization (technical, operations, business development, pricing, contracts, etc.) to achieve success.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project.
